PC & Laptop Repairs
We offer a repair service at our Leasowe Road store for all makes and types of PC’s, Laptops and Tablets. Our modern, fully equipped workshop has the latest diagnostic and repair facilities available. Our young, friendly staff receive a mix of college and workplace training and they have an extensive knowledge of troubleshooting and repairing software and hardware issues on Windows, Mac and Android operating systems.
Mobile Repair Service
Our mobile repair and support service covers all of Wirral and Ellesmere Port. We don’t charge a callout fee and if your device can’t be repaired at your home or small-business, we can arrange to transport it to our Wallasey workshops at no extra cost. Often, we can arrange a same-day mobile service call to get you up and running again in no time.
ProperTutor Service
If you’re struggling with your device and need some one-to-one help or support, our ProperGeeks experts can guide you through whatever it is you’re having problems with. Creating a simple word processor document, installing software, getting your printer to work, setting up email can sometimes be frustrating to do on your own. With our Home Tutor Service, it’s like having your very own proper geek at your side to guide you through the jargon and to explain what needs to be done to get stuff to actually work properly.
Remote Support
We offer a remote support service using safe and secure encrypted software. One of our ProperGeeks experts can connect directly to your device and help you with most common software issues including email, word processing, setting up software, installing printers, and anything else you need support with, or, you could do with a helping-hand with. All we need Is for you to have a working broadband connection and for you to be in front of your device.
